MO2ONE XS disperses a cold, low-wetting mist by means of an orientable rotating disc. The head can operate in a vertical orientation for biosafety cabinets, airlocks or ambulances, and horizontally for ducts, gloveboxes, incubators and pass-through chambers. The head is repositioned for diffusion and protected when idle.
An Android device communicates by Bluetooth to set the treatment volume, head orientation and number of cycles, then start and monitor the treatment. The unit automatically generates a report and purges after each diffusion. Microbiological efficacy depends on the equipment–disinfectant combination and validated conditions of use.
Applications include BSL2–BSL4 laboratories, laboratory animal facilities, biosafety cabinets, airlocks, ventilation ducts, gloveboxes, incubators, pass-through chambers and ambulances. The protocol must account for materials, airflow and safe re-entry.
