Privacy and personal data
1. Contact and data controller
AIRSURDIS is a brand of DEPPIK, a French SARL registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 805 018 942, with its registered office at 42 rue de Paris, 78600 Maisons-Laffitte, France. DEPPIK is the data controller for personal data submitted in connection with AIRSURDIS contact requests and technical study enquiries. 2. Data collected
The technical enquiry form collects first and last names, email address, company or laboratory, optional telephone number, technical requirements and, where applicable, technical parameters from the solution finder. Requests are stored in Wix Forms, and contact details may be linked to a record in Wix CRM. Client login also processes the data required for member authentication.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Information voluntarily submitted through the form is used to assess and answer enquiries and, where appropriate, prepare a technical assessment or proposal. DEPPIK must confirm the applicable legal basis for each processing activity. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe anyone to marketing emails.
4. Recipients and hosting
Requests are recorded in Wix Forms, and relevant contact data is linked to Wix CRM. A new-submission notification is sent to contact@deppik.fr for DEPPIK to follow up. Client login uses Wix; the site is hosted by Wix and airsurdis.com is managed by OVHcloud. Processors and possible international data transfers must still be reviewed before launch.
5. Retention
Personal data relating to contact and technical study enquiries is retained for no longer than three years after the last exchange with the enquirer, unless a legal obligation or another lawful reason justifies further retention. DEPPIK has approved a quarterly manual review of the relevant Wix Forms submissions, Wix CRM contact records and any related processing copies. The date of the last exchange and any other legitimate retention reason must be checked before deleting or anonymising data that is no longer required. A contact record associated with a separate business relationship must not be deleted solely because an earlier enquiry is old. The operational review and deletion procedure still needs to be put into practice before the official launch.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, object to processing or request portability where applicable. To exercise your rights, please contact contact@deppik.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, CNIL.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website uses browser local storage to remember the selected language and authentication tokens needed for the client portal. Technical cookies may also be used by Wix infrastructure. Any analytics, advertising or other third-party trackers require an audit before launch and consent where applicable. This notice does not certify that a complete tracker audit has been performed.
8. Security and updates
The website uses HTTPS. Customer authentication requires appropriate configuration and checks; no private documents are currently published in the client area. Access permissions, data retention, security settings, providers and consent arrangements must be verified before the official launch.
