NANO & MICRO: tailored integration for every treatment-area configuration.
Both systems use a permanently installed spraying module in the treatment zone. Each module connects to power and disinfectant supply. The cycle is initiated and monitored from the customer control interface, with individual module control in multi-module configurations.
Three-phase cycle
1. Priming and circuit checks; 2. controlled spraying with the diffusion fan; 3. draining the circuit after treatment. The system awaits instructions between phases. Timing and settings depend on the installation and the selected protocol.
Selection based on flow and geometry
NANO targets equipment and small volumes, while MICRO provides higher diffusion capacity. Moving from NANO to MICRO does not change the operating sequence; it primarily changes the nominal flow and the number or arrangement of diffusion points. Volume, obstructions, airflow and microbiological objectives determine selection.
Integration and maintenance
Connections may pass through the partition or run in a surface trunking, depending on the installation. The modules are designed to unclip from their mount for inspection, cleaning or replacement. Accessibility, surrounding materials and return-to-service conditions must be considered.
